We make it easy. Just call us at 276-832-1678. We can discuss your care needs over the phone and/or we will arrange a time to meet with you and your loved one.
We refer caregivers to provide services based on the hours you need, and we will strive to refer and match you with a caregiver who meets all the criteria that you specify.
We work hard to ensure caregiver-client compatibility and in most cases, care services can begin within a week.
All caregivers we refer to clients are thoroughly screened before they can become a registered caregiver, available for referral, through Better Living Home Care, LLC.
Every caregiver meets with our office staff and we perform behavioral assessments (to ensure competency and quality) and then we conduct a thorough reference check, including criminal background check, and drivers license verification check.
We recommend caregivers to you and your family based on the skills you request and the personality traits necessary for a great relationship. If you are ever unhappy with the caregiver, just let us know and we are happy to refer another caregiver. Client satisfaction is our #1 priority!
All caregivers referred are independent contractors.
When your caregiver wants to take a day off, we are available, at your request, to refer you a replacement caregiver who will also strive to provide you with consistent, continuity of care on a regular, relief basis.
A member of our office staff is always on call after hours 24/7 to handle new referrals, or if a concern arises. Just give us a call at 276-832-1678.
We accept most long term care insurance policies, private pay, checks, ACH withdrawal and most credit cards.
Veterans and spouses of Veterans may be eligible for funds through The Veterans Aid and Attendance Program. Call us to discuss. We can help with the process.
The caregivers we refer to a client can provide private duty home care services wherever the client resides. For hospital and rehabilitation stays, we can also refer caregivers for that one on one experience. Most long term care insurance policies do not pay for services in the hospital or rehabilitation center, so payment is by private pay, but sometimes, the need is such that one on one support is invaluable.
